There aren't many better ways I can think of to spend that "fall back" hour tonight than as newlyweds. The invitation to this wedding and delightful evening was sent by my friend, former client, and his new bride to be. The wedding invitation thrilled me. The young man and I had shopped for his townhouse a few years ago. We had laughed and joked and looked and analyzed ourselves silly in the process. We "one upped" each other with tales of our trips to Khan's Mongolian Barbecue which we both thoroughly enjoyed. The completion of his house quest was a day of celebration. Never did I connect a future "Mrs." to the completion of his purchase. Tonight, however, a blind date was completed with the promise to love, honor, and cherish 'til death do us part. Congratulations Jon and Sara! I wish you many happy, fun filled years ahead.

Kevin, Isn't that the truth! If we could all keep our emotions at bay real estate would be a much easier business. But then, so would every other business on the block! ;-)

One of the great things about this biz is the friendships that develop with clients. It has a lot to do with the intensity and sometimes the stress of the whole process.
