House Flipping

Flip_house

Flipper Nation has posted a YouTube video that will scare all "wannabe" investors.  Check it out here.

Lessons to learn:

  • Pick a good investment partner
  • Keep to the budget
  • Don't do expensive upgrades with little return
  • Find a real estate agent that understands rehabbing
  • Buy low, sell at a profit!
  • Keep track of the budget before the money is spent
  • If you made mistakes, be thankful you broke even
  • It isn't always someone else's fault that you overspent!
