The chart at left was copied from the Second Life Virtual Game at 2:48 AM Central time this morning. At that time there were 11,848 "residents" online playing this MMOG (massive multiplayer online game). Now I know it's a holiday and I know that 2 AM Central is the end of bar time in Minnesota, but there's a whole network of people that were having fun in their virtual world last night. People from across the world were on line. Did you note the amount of REAL money that was spent in the last 24 hours? $851,550 is nothing to sneeze at. I'm still wondering who collects the money.
A year ago I posted about Second Life as well. I wonder if their virtual world of real estate suffered the same maladies in the market as ours did! I wonder if they have openings for real estate agents! Maybe some of our surplus could go there! ;-)
