Real Estate Resume´                              

For over 14 years I've been a licensed real estate agent and REALTOR® in the Minneapolis and St. Paul area of Minnesota.  My experience encompasses traditional listings, purchases of single family homes, property management, rental property, multi-family residential real estate, "re-habs" (distressed homes purchased to fix and resell), 1031 exchanges, finding investors to buy contracts for deed, foreclosures, short sales, HUD homes, creative financing, and problem solving.

Spare Time                                         

What do I do when I'm not working?  My primary interests revolve around my family and friends.  Close runners-up for my time involve rehabbing our current home, searching out vintage style lights, gardening, touring old homes with character, reading (usually fantasy fiction), anything to do with real estate, blogging, interacting with and learning from all kinds of people, computer games (especially Webkinz with my grandson),  and sewing.

I love Webkinz too! A friend's kid showed it to me and although I'm not really great at it nor do I have the time to spend playing it, I have to say that I really enjoyed playing it. Might be time to play it again especially now that they have the Halloween update running.
