I've had some funny requests from my clients but this is a new one. A builder wants a lot with a very big hole in it, very big! It seems he has another lot that he wants to build on but it has a very big pile of dirt on it. Between the existing pile of dirt and the new pile the contractor will make by excavating the foundation, he needs a place to haul all that dirt. So, a lot that has a very big hole in it is his the solution. That way he'll be able to haul the dirt and have two places to build! Does anyone know of a lot with a very big hole?
Now that is hilarious! I'll check with my client! ;-D

I have a land listing that's a pretty remote desert parcel. Access is difficult due to a large dirt road washout. It needs a LOT of backfill....
But I imagine the cost of trucking the dirt across the country wouldn't be cost effective.
