Have You Seen This Man

Smiley_panicDon't panic.  The whole world is not crazy nor is the whole world unsafe!  But once again a real estate agent has been assaulted.  Details have not yet been released, but James Robert Osborn is being sought by Superior, Wisconsin, authorities in connection with an assault on a female real estate agent on March 23, 2007. 

Agents are learning to take more safety precautions including taking cell phone photos of their clients.  Maybe better safety procedures is the cause of the excellent photo and vehicle description in this flyer.
