If you're not a blogger, it really doesn't matter. If you are a blogger, it might. Either way if I was driving down the road and saw this monstrosity pass me I would know I had missed some celebrity coming to town! I would be right, too.
The celebrities were Rudy and Joe of the Sellsius Real Estate Blog, one of the biggies in the industry. The camper was a work of art, and to think it was just a rental vehicle! They were here today which marks the halfway point of their trip. They're driving from NYC to San Francisco for Inman News' Blogger Connect. Personally, had it worked into my life, the trip to San Francisco would have been worth every minute of the drive!
Other bloggers from our area gathered to meet the gentlemen and share a Weenie Roast compliments of Teresa Boardman of The Real Estate Weenie Blog (She has another more famous blog, but the Weenie sponsored this event!). In the slide show viewers will see:
- Alex Stenbeck of Behind the Mortgage
- Jake Hines of Minnesota New Homes
- Aaron Dickinson of Minneapolis Real Estate Market Update and new to Active Rain
- Jennifer Kirby of Minneapolis Real Estate Blog
- Lisa Dunn of Real Sage Advice
- Teri Eckholm of MN Real Estate Update
- Organizer Teresa Boardman of St. Paul Real Estate Blog
- Bonnie Erickson of Real Estate Snippets
- Rudy and Joe of Sellsius Real Estate Blog
Jake, I enjoyed meeting you as well. We did indeed give Rudy and Joe a great tour, albeit it was only of the historic area. It was fun to see Rudy try to curl himself into the back of Teresa's Saturn!
Joe, You should be sleeping after that great Denver party! I'll bet it was a good time. We thoroughly enjoyed your time with us, however, you wore us both out. Or maybe it was the Appletini's! ;-)
