St. Paul real estate figures for the month of April show an increase of about 250 homes that are active in St. Paul. The number of new listings is similar to that of March. Closed or sold homes increased in April which is normal for the spring rush. Expired listings increased, but off market numbers decreased. The number of houses with accepted purchase agreements was slightly higher. Average list price and sale price decreased about $20,000 in each category.
